Indonesia is one of the world’s leading fishing nations, yet it faces deep structural challenges: constraints on power infrastructure, an underdeveloped cold chain, food loss, and regional disparities. “We can produce it, but we can’t deliver it.” “We have it, but we can’t protect it.” The desire to change this reality is where our dream begins.
