At the “Roundtable for Overseas Market Development in the Disaster Prevention Sector (Emerging Countries)”held on February 25, 2026 at JETRO Headquarters (Minato-ku, Tokyo), SAKIGAKE JAPAN participated as a buyer and delivered a pitch. We shared our perspective that “in overseas markets where natural disasters are less frequent than in Japan, it is essential to develop products that deliver value both in everyday use and during disaster situations,”along with insights into the growing disaster prevention market across the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, and other emerging economies.
The event brought together 54 companies and 3 related government ministries and agencies, spanning sectors from consumer goods to infrastructure, with active discussions focused on achieving phased export growth in anticipation of private-sector demand for disaster prevention solutions.
SAKIGAKE JAPAN will continue to deepen collaboration with domestic and international companies and organizations as we work to bring Japan’s outstanding disaster prevention technologies, products, and solutions to the world.
