One of Japan’s Largest Seafood Industry Events Held at Tokyo Big Sight
From August 20 to 22, 2025, the 27th Japan International Seafood Show was held at Tokyo Big Sight (East Hall).
This major exhibition is known as a gathering place for the latest technologies and products in the seafood industry, including fresh seafood, processed marine products, and preservation technology.
At this event, SAKIGAKE JAPAN was pleased to present the “Cold Storage Portable” unit—our mobile refrigeration solution—as part of a collaborative effort.

Introduced at the Booth of TAMURA Co., Ltd.
This display was made possible thanks to the kind support of TAMURA Co., Ltd., the manufacturer and distributor of the next-generation water activation system “DILEKA.” At their booth, we were invited to display our product brochures alongside their showcase.

Placed next to DILEKA, the Cold Storage Portable gained attention as a promising solution for preserving the freshness and quality of marine products—demonstrating synergies between sustainable water technology and next-generation cold chain logistics.

Small Actions Today Shape Disaster Resilience for Generations Ahead
“It’s dangerous to walk here at night without lights.”
“This bridge looks old—will it hold during an earthquake?”
“Is this evacuation center accessible for people in wheelchairs?”
These are the small observations that can spark real change.
At SAKIGAKE JAPAN, we believe that disaster preparedness doesn’t begin after a crisis. It starts with the things we notice in our everyday lives—the little discomforts, inconveniences, or risks that often go ignored.
You don’t need a large budget or grand plan to start preparing. Even one small improvement—one thoughtful decision—can lead to a more resilient community. And if enough of us take those steps, we can build a future where even those living seven generations from now enjoy safer, more secure lives.
This philosophy resonates deeply with a teaching shared by our partner, TAMURA Co., Ltd., drawn from Native American wisdom:“Make every decision with the next seven generations in mind.”
This isn’t about predicting the future. It’s about choosing to see what’s right in front of us today—and handing down the attitude of awareness and care to those who come after us.
In disaster preparedness, supporting today’s daily life becomes a way to protect tomorrow’s.
That’s why we strive to create a society where “being prepared” isn’t a special effort, but a natural part of life.

Closing Thoughts
This experience at the Japan International Seafood Show opened new possibilities for industry collaboration.
We will continue promoting solutions like the Cold Storage Portable, not only as tools for emergency response, but also as essential infrastructure that supports everyday life and economic activity.
