About Kyushu Broadcast Equipment Exhibition 2024

The Kyushu Broadcast Equipment Exhibition is one of the largest exhibitions of broadcast equipment in western Japan, aimed at broadcast engineers, programme producers, lighting, sound and PA engineers, and creators from Japan and abroad.
This year’s exhibition, held at the Fukuoka International Centre from 17 (Wed) to 18 (Thu) July 2024, attracted more than 2,666 visitors despite the pre-registration requirement. The event featured short seminars and demonstrations on generative AI and virtual production.
We exhibited as a finalist in the Television Nishinippon Corporation Open Innovation Programme ‘Pit@t2024’ in the ‘Start-up Company Zone’ and introduced our cutting-edge disaster prevention solutions.

Description: A solar-powered refrigerated warehouse that can be moved anywhere.
Details: The COLD STORAGE BOX Portable (off-grid model) is a compact, low-cost refrigerated freezer developed by Cold storage Japan Inc. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Kobe). It allows anyone in the world to transport and store temperature-sensitive goods using a standard passenger car.
ASTER POWER COATING:
Description: A paint that increases the earthquake resistance strength of buildings simply by applying it.
Details: Developed by Aster Co.,Ltd. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo), this innovative paint contains a special glass fibre mixture that significantly increases structural strength. It provides seismic resistance, ensuring buildings remain intact even during an earthquake of intensity 7. The paint is easy to apply, cost-effective, and suitable for existing structures.
ASTER POWER COATING has gained attention both domestically and internationally, having won the Grand Prix at the third STA★AT Pitch Japan organised by Nihon Keizai Shimbun and featured in a documentary on NHK World.
