On the insightful day of Tuesday, March 12, SAKIGAKE JAPAN took the stage to introduce our business to an eclectic audience comprising representatives from industry, academia, and government bodies, all gathered under the common banner of disaster prevention and response.
NEXs TOKYO orchestrated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, catering to startup enterprises, local administrations, and individuals eager to forge collaborative ties with enterprises spanning across Japan.
Our company participated in a pitch event on the theme of disaster prevention and disaster response. Four startups, including ourselves, showcased our initiatives and proposals, spotlighting a diverse array of ideas and technologies tailored for preempting natural calamities and effectively managing crisis situations as they unfold.
In addition to elaborating on our business model, which focuses on connecting Japanese companies specializing in disaster prevention technologies and services with international governments, municipalities, and corporations, we delved into the defining characteristics of recent large-scale disasters and elucidated the latest trends in countermeasures.
Among the innovations we highlighted were the Night Concierge, leveraging light-storing technology to aid nighttime evacuation and rescue operations, and our next-generation cold storage solutions, crucial for preserving food, medication, and other essentials in crisis scenarios.
Following the presentation, a conducive environment for exchanging views and fostering connections ensued, leading to numerous inquiries and expressions of interest in our offerings.
